What is Relational Bodywork & Body-Based Coaching?
Relational Bodywork is touch that listens.
It recognises that bodies respond not only to technique, but to presence, pacing, boundaries, and the quality of relationship between practitioner and client.
Body-based coaching extends this same listening into words, reflection, and integration.
Rather than analysing or directing, it supports clients to track sensation, emotion, impulse, and meaning as they arise — allowing insight and change to emerge from lived, embodied experience.
Together, relational bodywork and body-based coaching centre the nervous system, consent, timing, and attunement — creating conditions where change is not imposed, but organically unfolds.

My work has evolved through years of hands-on practice, study, and listening — to bodies, to relational dynamics, and to what emerges when technique is no longer the centre.
I hold professional spaces for bodyworkers and somatic practitioners who are ready to refine their presence, deepen their capacity, and work with greater clarity, integrity, and sustainability.
I am not interested in producing practitioners who perform well.
